Choir Rehearsals on hold

On 16th March the committee issued notification that rehearsals would cease for the foreseeable future due to Coronavirus. It was sad to have to do this but for the safety of our members and in line with Government instructions we had to comply.

Now it's two months later and we are not really any nearer being able to recommence our Friday nights. But, in the meantime, we have been reaching out weekly to the members by issuing our Keeping in Touch newsletter. All members are welcome to contribute and have been doing so with items about what they have been doing (gardening, tidying, painting) where to shop and where to get take-out meals, walks with pictures, and this week a funny video about what we must and must not do during this period set to popular Abba Tunes - Quarantina instead of Mamma Mia. Whilst it was amusing, it has a serious message.

Please stay safe and well, we want to see you all back at choir as soon as we are given the go-ahead.
